• • Governing Law: This Agreement—including, without limitation, its application, interpretation, construction, and validity—shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Yutram Legal is established, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws.
• • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court shall endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in said provision, and that the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
• • Successors and Assigns: This Agreement is binding upon Yutram Legal and the Client, as well as their respective legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Any bailiff or agent charged with the service of judicial process shall be deemed a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. Management procedures are in place to protect and secure the information we collect online.

5. Counterparts and Electronic Signatures

This Agreement may be also signed in several counterparts; each of which shall be deemed to constitute an original, and all such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Signatures affixed to a single document or electronic record, as well as signatures appearing on separate counterparts, may be transmitted via email or by any other electronic means (including in PDF format or via any electronic signature compliant with applicable electronic signature laws or, where applicable, the U.S. federal ESIGN Act of 2000), or by any other method of transmission. Any document, electronic record, or counterpart so transmitted bearing an electronic signature shall be deemed to have been duly and validly signed and transmitted, and shall be valid and effective for all purposes.
